A highly potent NBOMe derivative (tiny doses, sublingual), a 5-HT2A agonist. Narrow safety margin, documented toxicity and deaths, often mis-sold as LSD.

Tolerance

Tolerance is poorly characterized and irrelevant: the safety margin is so narrow that any redose is dangerous (documented overdoses and deaths).

Contraindicated combinations

Do not combine with stimulants or vasoconstrictors (cocaine, amphetamines): severe vasoconstriction, accidents and deaths. MAOIs contraindicated. The margin is already tiny: avoid any mix.
