AMT
In brief
A long-acting tryptamine (up to a day), psychedelic and stimulant, with monoamine release. MAOI-like interactions and serotonergic risk.
Tolerance
Fast tolerance; it releases monoamines, so redosing or stacking risks serotonin toxicity. Space doses out widely.
Contraindicated combinations
Acts as a long-acting monoamine releaser: strictly avoid SSRIs/SNRIs, other serotonergics, MAOIs and stimulants (serotonin syndrome, hypertensive crisis). Watch tyramine too. Do not redose.
Major risks, not exhaustive; when in doubt, check a harm-reduction resource.
Duration
Indicative orders of magnitude; they vary with dose, route and individual.
